Data Protection Policy
It is the policy of South Kent College to collect, store and process, in accordance with the Data protection Principles set out in the Data Protection Act 1998, only that personal data necessary to comply with:
- The College's statutory function of providing education and goods and services in connection with educations.
- The College's statutory and common law duties, including health and safety.
